JsBet Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Member Must Know

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use JsBet's services. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms will be treated as your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use JsBet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

Your login credentials are personal and confidential. JsBet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. JsBet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available — it's an easy way to add extra protection.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

JsBet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All amounts are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Deposits: Minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your JsBet account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. JsBet does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on your chosen method. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification is required. This is a one-time process.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.
• JsBet does not accept third-party payments — deposits and withdrawals must come from accounts registered in your own name.
• Any bonuses subject to wagering requirements must be fully cleared before a withdrawal can be processed.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on JsBet are subject to these Terms as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the relevant rules and accept the outcome as final.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• JsBet reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or events that do not meet the minimum requirements for settlement.
• In the case of sports betting — including basketball betting, NBA betting, and other covered events — results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• For live/in-play betting, odds update in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds applied to that wager.
• JsBet may impose maximum bet limits per event, per market, or per account. These limits are set to ensure fair play and platform sustainability.

If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

JsBet regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional rewards to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to their individual Terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General bonus rules that apply across all JsBet promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered fraud.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount, but individual promotions may vary — check the promo page for specifics.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• JsBet reserves the right to cancel a bonus and recover any winnings derived from it if the Terms have been breached.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

7. Prohibited Conduct

JsBet maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such activity will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping in poker, or any form of cheating.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Laundering money or using JsBet for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JsBet staff or other members.

If JsBet identifies prohibited conduct, your account will be frozen pending investigation. Any funds involved may be withheld and reported to relevant Philippine authorities under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and other applicable laws.

8. Responsible Gaming

JsBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. We believe that betting should always remain a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or hardship.
